If your profile, or resume is in our Database You Agree to be CONTACTED by e-mail twice a year, about being opted in to our newsletter and e-mail advertisement. If you do not wish to receive this e-mail please remove your profile or resume from Kazinow. All Employers, Job Seekers and/or recruiters creating an account on Kazinow, agree to be automatically opted in to an opt in/ opt out weekly newsletter and weekly e-mail advertisement sent to them by Kazinow.com. The Employer, Job Seeker and/or recruiters at anytime after receiving the first newsletter and advertisement may opt out of the newsletter by pressing on the remove link at the bottom of the newsletter. If at any time Kazinow changes its e-mail newsletter provider all Employers, Job Seekers and/or recruiters that have created an account on Kazinow and have kept their profile information on Kazinow agree to receive an e-mail informing them that Kazinow has changed e-mail newsletter provider. Also, if at any time Kazinow changes its e-mail newsletter provider all Employers, Job Seekers and/or recruiters that have created an account on Kazinow and have kept their profile information on Kazinow agree to receive a new weekly e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement which they may then remove themselves from at any time. All Employers, Job Seekers and/or recruiters agree that they will receive this e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement from the new e-mail newsletter provider, even if they opted to be removed from the prior e-mail newsletter, until they remove themselves from this new e-mail newsletter and weekly advertisement.
Kazinow is a free service to all Job Seekers and recruiters, and offers many free services to Employers, and much of the cost is offset by advertisers paying to be in our weekly newsletter and our weekly advertisements, therefore Kazinow reserves the right to cancel the account of any employer, jobseeker and/or recruiters that opts out of our weekly newsletters or weekly advertisement.
All Employers, Job Seekers and/or recruiters creating an account on Kazinow at any time may remove their own profile information and cancel their account on Kazinow.com.
RESUMES FROM THIRD PARTIES
If you are a jobseeker and your resume is sent to Kazinow through a third party i.e.... your educational institution, resume service, resume broadcasting service, the US Department of Labor, a Department of Employment and Training etc.. you agree to all Kazinow terms. Please note that if your put into Kazinow from a third party no profile or account is made in Kazinow and it is the Job Seekers sole responsibility to create their own profile and search agents. These jobseekers must contact this third party to have themselves removed from their list. These jobseekers must contact Kazinow by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that their resume be removed from Kazinow. These jobseekers may simply press on the remove link at the bottom of the Kazinow newsletter to stop receiving future newsletters and advertisements. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) was passed by U.S. Congress in November 1998. COPPA requires that operators of online services or Web sites obtain parental consent prior to the collection, use, disclosure, or display of the personal information of children. Job seekers may in no event reply to an employment advertisement for any other reason except than to apply for the job listed or to request information about the job advertised.
Employers may in no event contact a job seeker for any reason except to initiate communication regarding a bona fide employment opportunity. Users may in no event contact other users, whether employers, job candidates or others, for any other purpose.
In no event may any user respond to an employer or a job candidate regarding an employment advertisement by any means of communication other than that means of communication specified in the listing on the Web Site.
There are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing and communicating with strangers, with persons outside the jurisdiction of the United States, with minors or with persons acting under false pretenses. User assumes all risks associated with such dealing or communications and with the use of the Web Site generally. We will not gather any information on anyone under the age of 16. To keep a greater level of security, all job seekers under the age of 18 may not place a profile, resume, e-mail address, or any identifiable information into Kazinow, and only individuals over the age of 16 may use Kazinow.com.
If it is discovered that a job seeker under the age of 18 does not abide by the above-mentioned rules Kazinow will take appropriate actions. All job seekers under the age of 18 may contact any employer only if the job seeker is under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian during any and all contacts; this includes telephone calls, e-mails, letters, and personal contacts. The job seeker’s parent or guardian must accompany all personal contacts between any job seeker under the age of 18 and a potential employer.
Violations of any of the above may result in civil or criminal liability. Kazinow will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
Your Use; Limited License.
Kazinow is for your personal and noncommercial use. Except as otherwise expressly provided, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, use, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content contained in Kazinow, the Kazinow Website as a whole software, products or services obtained from or available as part of or in conjunction with Kazinow.com. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use Kazinow only under these terms and conditions of use. This license is not a sale of any of the owner's rights. Kazinow may be used only by you, and you may not rent, lease, lend, sub-license or transfer Kazinow or any data residing on it or any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. Individuals seeking employment and employers seeking employees may use the Kazinow Site only for lawful purposes. As one of the conditions of your use of Kazinow, you represent, warrant and agree that you will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) Kazinow for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices or by applicable law (including but not limited to any applicable export controls). It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that your use of Kazinow complies with these terms, conditions, and notices. In connection with your use of our Kazinow, you will not:

Website Security Rules.
By accessing Kazinow all job seekers agree to the following: - that they are searching for posted jobs.
We encourage every employer to use the password protection option given to them by Kazinow. If a employer does not use the Kazinow password option and leaves their employer specific section password unprotected the entire Kazinow site will still have the highest level of security, but we will have no way of authenticating users as recruiters of a specific school.
We are relying on the Employers, recruiters and jobseekers to help us monitor all of our sections. If there is a job seeker that has falsified their affiliation with a particular employer or if an employer has an inappropriate job posting administrators have been given a code to immediately correct the situation by removing the information.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of Kazinow, including, without limitation,

Without limiting the foregoing, Kazinow and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or are otherwise objectionable. You agree to indemnify and hold Kazinow harmless from any third party claim, damages or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, relating to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your representations and warranties, or your violation of any rights of another.

We will not gather any information on anyone under the age of 18. For job seekers over the age of 18: the very nature of the service Kazinow requires that we gather, process, use and distribute information which you provide directly (e.g., name, physical address, e-mail address, resume/CV, school information etc.), as well as information regarding the manner in which you use
Kazinow. While the use of our privacy features should provide you with a degree of control over the distribution of information you submit, Kazinow cannot guarantee that your information will be prevented from being viewed by any particular party.
If you have directly submitted information and you want to remove it, and you are unable to remove it yourself, and would like us to remove it from our database, please contact us and we will use reasonable efforts to help you delete your information from our then existing files.
No Partnership, etc. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Kazinow (or any of Kazinow Members) as a result of this agreement or your use of this Kazinow.com.
Certain Legal Requirements.
Kazinow’s performance of these terms and conditions is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in them will diminish Kazinow’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of Kazinow or information provided to or gathered by Kazinow with respect to such use.
These terms represent the entire binding agreement between us, and our respective successors and assigns, and supersede any and all prior understanding, statements or representations, whether electronic, oral or written, regarding Kazinow, its Kazinow or the information thereon. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Certain Rights & Obligations;
Kazinow shall have the right to terminate your ability to access this service at any time without notice and to discontinue or modify any of the information contained on this service, or the service, at any time. Kazinow shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may not assign any part of this Agreement without Kazinow prior written consent. The user shall pay any taxes, except for those based on Kazinow’s annual net income. No waiver of any obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless in writing, executed by the party against whom it is being enforced.
Enforcement, Interpretation, etc. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kenya and/or California, U.S.A. or and relevant federal laws, and irrevocable consent is hereby granted by both parties to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or dispute in the state and federal courts located in the California, U.S.A. Use of this Kazinow is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, these terms shall be severable and construed to the extent of their enforceability in light of the parties' mutual intent if deemed at all unenforceable by a competent court. Given the nature of these terms, you understand and agree that, in addition to money damages, Kazinow will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of them by you.
